We are currently expanding our team and are looking for CRM manager.
Required experience:
- Practical experience in the process of building user return chains, working with the customer journey, deep user segmentation (not only free/paid users and RFM analysis);
- From 1 year of experience working with such communication tools as e-mail and web-push, experience working with messengers will be a plus;
- Understanding key CRM metrics OR, CTOR, retention rate, Delivery rate, bounce & complaints rate;
- Analytical mindset: analysis and optimization of CRM funnel, work with conversion rate metrics, AVG check , ARPPU, repeat rate;
- Desire and interest in the direction of retention.
Responsibilities:
- Development and launch of "chains" of action-activities;
- Newsjacking. Speculation on current trends (global or local). Ability to timely identify and use a working trend for your CA;
- Setting tasks for developers, designers, copywriters and QA;
- Active cooperation with product, support & analyst teams;
- Development of new concepts for promotions through CRM- channels, use and improvement of existing concepts;
- Quarterly\monthly planning and reporting.
