We're looking for a CRM Retention manager to join our team to create the best gambling products worldwide.!
Required Experience:
Practical experience in building user retention workflows, working with customer journeys, and deep user segmentation (not limited to just free/paid users and RFM analysis).
3+ years of experience working with communication tools such as email and web push, experience with messaging platforms is a plus.
Understanding of key CRM metrics including OR (Open Rate), CTOR (Click-Through Rate), retention rate, Delivery rate, bounce & complaints rate.
Analytical mindset: analyzing and optimizing CRM funnels, working with metrics such as conversion rate, AVG check, ARPPU (Average Revenue Per Paying User), and repeat rate.
Desire and interest in retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
Development and launch of user engagement workflows.
Newsjacking. Ability to identify and utilize current trends for the target audience in a timely manner.
Task assignment for developers, designers, copywriters, and QA.
Active collaboration with product, support, and analyst teams.
Develop new promotional concepts through CRM channels and utilize and enhance existing concepts.
Quarterly/monthly planning and reporting.
