CRM programmer in SRMIKS, TOV

About the company

We are a team that implements and develops CRM systems for businesses. We work with complex projects: building business processes, integrations, optimization and automation of department work.

We are now looking for a strong CRM specialist who will become a key technical player in the team and can take on full-fledged projects.

What will need to be done:

1. Development and refinement of CRM systems (in particular Creatio)
2. Configuration and automation of business processes
3. Designing the logic of the system according to the client's tasks
4. Integration with external services (API, telephony, sites, messengers etc.)
5. Optimization of existing solutions
6. Project management together with the head of the technical direction

Our expectations:

• Experience with CRM systems (Creatio will be an advantage)
• Understanding the logic of business processes and systems architecture
• Knowledge of C# and/or JavaScript (required)
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Structured thinking and systems approach
• Ability to make technical decisions independently
• Responsibility for results, not just things done tasks

Wwould be an advantage:

—Experience in creating custom modules

—Experience in complex CRM implementations

—Ability to think in terms of business architecture and divisional interactions
