What we expectfrom candidate:
- Experience of working in SRM OneBox from 1 year.
- Experience in creating and configuring business processes in SRM.
- Ability to write technical tasks for the development or refinement of functionality;
- Attention to details and desire to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and formalization of customer requirements ( initial survey of customers, preparation flowcharts, Use Case);
- Implementation of new business processes;
- Support and optimization of existing Company processes in CRM (bug fixing, user consultation, system analysis from the end user's point of view) ;
- Integrations with external and internal software: Terminal Manager, website, advertising campaigns and lead generation with partners (writing technical tasks for API development, setting up integration on the side CRM);
- Communication with development contractors: support of document flow and mutual settlements, setting tasks for development/refining;
- Training and support of the Company's users in CRM (organization of focus groups, regular surveys);
- Filling in the CRM Knowledge Base (process description, user instructions, error guide, etc.);
- Organization and configuration of the contact database (groups, interfaces, interaction options);
