• Improving processes and setting up the SRM system for optimal operation
• Providing prompt notification relevant departments about detected errors and taking measures to correct them.
• Ensuring compatibility and interaction between various software products for optimal functioning.
• Resolving issues and coordinating actions with other departments regarding the implementation of new functionalities or problem solving.

Requirements:

• Experience in field of CRM technologies will be an advantage.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Average level of English.
