- Improving processes and setting up the SRM system for optimal operation
- Providing prompt notification relevant departments about detected errors and taking measures to correct them.
- Ensuring compatibility and interaction between various software products for optimal functioning.
- Resolving issues and coordinating actions with other departments regarding the implementation of new functionalities or problem solving.
Requirements:
- Experience in field of CRM technologies will be an advantage.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Experience with Google Sheets.
- Average level of English.
