Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of customer relationship management strategies.
- Management and optimization of the CRM system.
- Analysis and segmentation of the customer base.
- Interaction with the sales, marketing and support department to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators ( KPI) CRM campaign.
Requirements:
- Minimal experience working with CRM
- Analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
