Main objectives:
Working with the Samsung Loyalty Program;
Compilation of Samsung reports - COOP;
Documentation in SED;
Communication with partners.
Your tasks:
Development and implementation of development strategy Loyalty programs;
Administration of the system;
Development of TK of system revisions;
Control of implementation and testing of systems;
Development and maintenance of the retention calendar activities;
Formation of reports on retention activities;
Control of filling in PL questionnaires in all stores of the network (reporting);
Viber/SMS/E-mail mailings ;
Accepting complaints/problems from stores, helping to resolve them;
Manual accrual/debit of bonuses;
NPS report using CRM;
