Along with the expansion of the network, our team also grows. We are currently looking for a CRM manager who will help develop the CRM direction and improve the customer experience.
Who we are looking for:
- Has experience as a CRM manager from 1 year
- Knows the principles of setting up loyalty programs and bonus mechanics
- Has practical experience setting up and launching SMS, Viber, Push-messaging
- Has experience in conducting A/B tests, RFM analysis of customers
- Understands data exchange processes between systems (product balances, prices, customers)
- Confidently works with Excel (advanced level), Power BI.
