What awaits you:

• Launch of promotional campaigns, tournaments and seasonal promotions;

• Organization of promotions, raffles and other activities for maintenance and returning players;

• Analytics of conducted promotions;

• Ensuring regular communication with the player via SMS, email, messengers, push notifications and social media;

• Configuring trigger chains;

• Communication with the team to develop a general strategy (ensuring regular communication with the player via SMS, e-mail, messengers, social networks);

• Setting tasks for employees in the content and design department

• Expense planning and reporting;

• Analysis of the market and competitors.

Who we are looking for:

• From 1 year of experience as CRM Manager or Email Marketing Manager in IGaming or related niches.

• Confidential ownership of customer.io.

• Deep skills in campaign and competitor analysis.

• Segmentation building experience.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Experience with Tableau would be a plus
