JOB DUTIES:

• Managing the launch of CRM campaigns: developing concepts, setting goals and defining campaign KPIs; control of each stage of the launch (preparation, approval of marketing materials, selection of communication channels, etc.);
• Analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns: formation and verification of hypotheses to increase conversion; scaling of successful promotions;
• Tracking customer feedback and complaints to identify ways to improve;
• Active collaboration with other departments to optimize CRM campaigns;
• Follow-up new trends, technologies in the field of communications and initiation of changes in current processes, products, technologies.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Confident command of modern communication tools and platforms;
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and turn them into effective campaigns;
• High focus on the client, understanding of his life cycle;
• Knowledge of the English language - Intermediate (B1) and above.
