  • moving from product-centric to customer-centric model;
  • creatingnew generation of technology;
  • the development of the IoT to rethink how people buy and consume products.

In fact, we are building a new e-commerce marketing system and scaling a loyalty program, where the main goal is not just bonuses, but intelligent personalization of customer experience.

Your role is to create, analyze and launch those mechanics that really influence user behavior:

  • Administration of the loyalty program: bonuses, rules, levels.
  • Control of the correct operation of e-commerce.
  • Initiation and launch of new campaigns and personal offers.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of PL and making recommendations.
  • Segmentation of the client base (RFM, behavior, transactions).
  • Update and growth database, data quality control.
  • Formation of segments and samples for promos and PL activities.
  • Planning and control of email/Viber/push communications within PL.
  • Settings and support for PL trigger scenarios (bonuses, reminders, reactivation).
  • Interaction with retention, CJM, analytics and development for PL development.

KPI:

  • PL members' purchase frequency: +10% per quarter.
  • PL members' average check: +8% per quarter.
  • PL activity (use of bonuses/offers)

Experience with customer loyalty programs and segmentation is a plus from 2 years.

  • Understanding RFM, transactional analytics and behavioral segments and experience with ESP, CDP (eSputnik, Sendpulse, etc.) will be a plus.
  • Tools:ESP, CDP, GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Excel.

    retention, CJM, analytics, development.
