Hello! We are looking for a VIP CRM Lead to join our team at SharksCode
SharksCode is a Ukrainian IT company that creates high-tech software solutions and platforms for the B2B market, in particular in the field of iGaming.
We are looking for aVIP CRM Lead who will be responsible for VIP development CRM direction and implementation of effective user retention strategies. In this role, you will work to increase player engagement, optimize communications and grow key business metrics, including retention and LTV.
We expect you to:
- Have 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing or customer success.
- Have work experience in iGaming, FinTech or other highly competitive digital areas.
– You have proven results in increasing retention and LTV.
– You have practical experience working with CRM systems and marketing platforms.
– You understand the user life cycle and the behavioral psychology of players.
– You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
– You have experience in building automated communication scripts.
– You have experience managing a small team.
– You have excellent communication skills.
Your future tasks:
– Development and implementation of CRM strategy for user retention on all lifecycle stages.
– Management and optimization of omnichannel communication campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app, messengers).
– Implementation of RFM segmentation and personalization based on behavioral data.
– Configuration of automated communication scenarios and retention mechanics.
– Participation in the development of the CRM system (formation of requirements, testing of new functionality).
– Analysis and optimization of key metrics: retention rate, conversion rate, ARPU, reactivation rate, ROI of campaigns.
– Conducting A/B testing and implementation of best practices.
- Management of a team of CRM specialists (2-3 people).
- Close cooperation with product teams and marketing.
- Preparation of regularreports on the effectiveness of CRM activities.
Will be a plus:
– Understanding gamification mechanics in retention strategies.
–Experience with CDP platforms and Smartico.
- Knowledge of fundamentals of predictive analytics.
