What you will do:

• Definition and agreement of goals (what is needed, as needed, what result we see);
• Analysis of the CRM market and selection of the solution that is best suited to the processes of the Internet provider;
• Formation of the implementation plan;
• Collection of information and formation into a technical task (the information of what we want is already partially collected);
• Communication with divisions;
• Introduction of products alternately, starting with the Support Service and moving to other departments;
• Checking the work cycle of all processes and departments;
• Improvement based on feedback
• Creation of materials (videos, instructions, guides) with further training for employees;
• Product support after full implementation - up to 3 months.
