CRM Dynamics 365 Developer in Unitask

Description:

The CRM Dynamics 365 Developer will be part of a dedicated development team in the Power Platform development teams. The role involves developing customizations, plugins, web resources, integrations, and Power Automate flows, while supporting upgrades and ongoing maintenance across multiple environments. The developer will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure high-quality development aligned with best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product extensions such as Customizations, Plugins, Web Resources (including PCFs), Actions, and Power Automate Flows.
• Design, develop, and maintain WCF services and Web API interfaces.
• Support upgrades, version deployments, and ongoing maintenance across all CRM environments.
• Analyze, investigate, and understand complex business and technical processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Customize forms, views, dashboards, and model-driven applications within Microsoft Dynamics according to specs.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications, delivering scalable solutions.
• Ensure high-quality development following best practices, security standards, and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with system analysts, QA testers, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and DevOps pipelines.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience as a CRM Developer working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong experience developing Plugins (C#), Workflows, JavaScript Web Resources, and CRM customizations.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and working with Dataverse.
• Experience with WCF, Web API, and integrating external systems.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and troubleshoot incidents end-to-end.
• Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Ability to work in a structured agile development team and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• High proficiency in English (reading/writing).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
