In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a business analyst to implement CRM (Zoho) and automation in the sales departments of small and medium-sized businesses. How can you help us:

• identify requirements by conducting interviews at different levels personnel.
• model and describe business processes.
• compile TOR for development or refinement.
• set up Zoho CRM and other products of the Zoho ecosystem.
• test the system or refinement.
• provide training and training to the customer on work in the system.
• accompany by consulting the client.
• introduce innovations to the client.
   

 You are ideal if:

• You have work experience CRM/ERP analyst/integrator from 1 year or relevant experience in the implementation of accounting systems.
• You understand the business processes of sales and marketing.
• You have the key skills of BA (requirements collection, formalization, description).
• Understanding the software development process (at least API, Webhooks).
• You have the skills of business etiquette and business communications.
• You know the toolset of Zoho (ideally), Make, API, SQL, IP telephony, Notion, Google Workspace, AI, Postman.
• Learning a new tool quickly is in the order of things for you.
• You know how to work with large volumes of information, transform chaos into order and get the job done regardless of the circumstances.
• Work with several typical projects at the same time.
