  We are look for a Senior to Join Our Team and Play A Key Role in Product Development for Our Client - A Large American Company Hardrock Investing in Data and Analytics. The Company Is Developing Key Competencies, Skills, and Expertise, Operating A Multi-Antical Business, and Striving to Engage Customers Through An Exceptional: Normal; Style = "font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700"> 5 years of experience in Data and Analytics Roles;
• Strong Literacy Methodology;
• Proficient with SQL and python, and familiar with BI tools;
• Strong presentation skills, with ability to tailor contents to the audience
• Industry knowledge is a plus, in one of more of the following: hospitality and entertainment, gambling, ecommerce, retail;
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics;
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken is a must).

Responsibilities:

• Support the business stakeholders in the areas of CRM and loyalty;
• Contribute to the design of CRM campaigns with pre-analysis and segmentation;
• Analyze and summarize results of campaigns and A/B tests;
• Proactively share insights on CRM campaign performance, deep-diving into customer behavior.
