CRM administrator (Terrasoft Creatio) in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

Responsibilities:

• Receiving requests from users; Analyzing incidents, identifying problems and solving them;
• Coordinating the actions of other IT departments of the Company in the process of elimination incidents;
• Setting up and supporting productive, test and integration environments, supporting development teams;
• Participating in setting up integrations between services, developing architectural solutions when implementing system development tasks;

• Analysis of technical and applied problems related to the implementation and maintenance of information systems;
• Development of operational documentation and instructions;
• Performance of regular work on the operation of services, installation and configuration of solution components (application server, database, caching server, etc.).

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience of 2 years in IT;
• Experience with Terrasoft Creatio CRM software is mandatory;
• Experience in providing services from the list in job functions;
• Deployment, configuration, maintenance of CRM/BPM systems;
• Knowledge and understanding of the architecture of information systems, client-server technologies;
• O365, Exchange;
• Windows Server 2019/2022;
• Ubuntu 22/23; Active Directory understanding of topology, inter-site interaction;
• Experience in configuring application servers (IIS, Apache Tomcat, Nginx);
• Experience in deploying and configuring databases (MS SQL/Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis);
• Experience with CI-CD (will be an advantage);

• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud services (will be an advantage).
