  • Systemic development of the loyalty program;
  • Working in SPARTA LOYALTY SYSTEM processing: setting up promotional mechanics/communications, testing, launch;
  • Automation setting up clients' interaction chains;
  • Collaboration with partners concerning joint projects concerning the loyalty and interaction with clients; , external partners);
  • Writing FLOU and Technical Tasks to developers, communication and support of the project from idea to implementation;
  • Evaluation with clients and improvement of client experience;
  • Interactions with a team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.
