 Your Role as Credit Risk Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for:

•  Developing and implementing credit risk policies and procedures.
•  Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on credit risks.
•  Improving and refining credit risk models.
•  Collaborating with business leaders to ensure operations align with the company’s risk appetite.

 Requirements

•  3+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in fintech, digital lending, or banking.
•  Deep understanding of credit risk analysis, scoring models, and risk metrics.
•  Proven experience in developing and executing credit strategies and risk policies.
•  Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
•  Experience working with regulatory bodies and knowledge of lending compliance requirements.
•  Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
•  Fluent in English (B2+ level).
