Credit risk assessment manager in Raiffeisen Bank

Your future responsibilities:

• Conduct independent identification and risk assessment for making decisions on granting loans and providing other banking services that carry in itself credit risk, to corporate clients of the bank in accordance with the credit policy and instructions
• Together with the employees of the Corporate Business vertical, determine the optimal structure of the agreement under consideration (amounts, terms, collateral coverage, sureties, etc.)
• Prepare a written credit risk management conclusion
• Response to early warning signals regarding the Bank's clients and implement appropriate actions in a timely manner
• Participate in the development and improvement of the system of independent identification and risk assessments for making decisions about granting loans

Your experience and skills:

• Higher education in the field of "Enterprise Finance", "Economics", "Accounting and Auditing" or another economic direction
• 3-5 years of work experience in the field of credit risk management or financial analysis
• Knowledge of international credit risk management standards (IFRS 9, etc.)
• Knowledge of national credit risk management standards (NBU Resolution 351)
• Knowledge of financial analysis of enterprises
• Developed analytical skills, strategic thinking, developed logic
• Teamwork skills
