Expectations:
- Exp 3 years of work in the risk management departments of banks and financial companies;
- Experience for a good understanding of portfolio analysis in retail lending;
- Understanding the credit process and products in retail lending;
- Mandatory experience in building and analyzing vintages, roll-rate, was-is;
- Experience of writing technical tasks for IT in terms of implementing/changing risk rules;
- Good skills in working with DBMS (mysql , mssql, oracle) with writing complex queries, and simple procedures and functions;
- Excellent knowledge of excel, good visio skills;
- Knowledge and skills in calculating Ifrs provisions is an advantage
- Experience in writing/updating credit policies is an advantage.
Functional duties:
- Building scoring models (application, behavioral);
- Development and adjustment of credit strategy rules ;
- Working with structured data in the form of a database;
