• higher economic education;
• knowledge of methods and tools for conducting financial and economic analysis of small and medium-sized business clients, analysis of consolidated reporting, the basics of accounting and tax accounting;
• knowledge of the main lending risks and ways their minimization;
• knowledge of customer evaluation methods of agricultural enterprises, SPV;
• skills in using Excel above intermediate level;
• knowledge and ability to use NBU resolutions No. 351, No. 315, No. 368, ZU "On banks and banking activity".
