For more information on Gismart, visit gismart.com.Your responsibilities:Develop creative strategies and concepts to promote the mobile application.Create video content and static ads for promotional campaigns.Work closely with the Product, UA teamManage the CP team on the projectOptimize creative based on analytics and user feedback.Conduct competitive research to analyze best practices in the market.Create ads for Meta, Google, and other networks.Organize brainstorms with the teamResearching and implementing optimization techniques for various CP processesOrganize and conduct meetings with Google managersMust-haves:Experience as a Creative Producer in mobile businesses (minimum 2 years)Experience with WEB and MOBILE concepts/creativesDeep understanding of the target audience and their needsAbility to create engaging and informative content that effectively engages usersExperience with analytics and creative optimizationStrong communication and organizational skillsIndependence and willingness to drive processesFlexibility and ability to adapt to rapid changeAt least B2 level EnglishKnowledge of UGC for advertisingWill be a plus — experience with Google/Reddit/SnapchatEmployee Benefits:Remote-First Culture: Our team is diverse and extensive, just like our product portfolio.
