Your mission:

• Unify the full cycle of production of vertical series —from idea to release.
• Edit scripts and improve dramaturgy.
• Manage pre-production: casting, costumes, make-up, proofreading.
• Manage the production process and cooperate with productions around the world.
• Manage post-production: editing, music, color, final approvals.
• Implement best practices of digital organics.
• Strengthen the team, reduce overload and increase the quality of content.

This will require the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in the role of a creative producer or editor-in-chief.
• Experience of the full production cycle: from synopsis to master.
• Practice with digital-organic content.
• Scenario editing and work with a large volume of content.
• English - confident spoken (B2+).
• Initiative and quick adaptation.
• Ownership and the ability to "get things done".
• Openness to new things and boldness in creative solutions.
