Spirio is a new business from venture builder SKELAR, which is building alearning platform , which offers courses, guides and practices based on Eastern philosophies to help people enjoy life and be happy.
The startup is now at the early-stage stage. Therefore, this is an incredible opportunity to join a new business, be among the first colleagues and work in a close team with co-founders.
What challenges await:??
—Creating video creatives for product promotion on various social media platforms (mainly Facebook, Instagram).
—Developing variations of ready-made creatives and adapting them to different formats of promotion channels.
- Generating ideas together with the marketing team for improving visual communication in advertising materials.
—Analysis of advertising materials of competitors and social networks to track global trends in design.
What is important to us:?
- More than 1 year of design experience.
—Experience with After Effects;?
- Careful work with details and the ability to quickly complete tasks;?
— Understanding of composition, typography, color theory;?
—English language proficiency level B1 and above;?
— High level of motivation and desire to develop;?
— Knowledge of marketing design: the ability to create visual content that effectively interacts with the target audience. ?
Would be a plus:
— Experience in analyzing the main indicators of marketing campaigns.
—Skills in video editing programs (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
—Experience of working with AI (generation of static images or videos).

In addition to businesses, we we are developing our own charity fund SKELAR foundation -a charity fund created by company employees. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
