STAGES SELECTION:
1. Primary screening. The recruiter asks several questions (by phone or in messenger) to get an impression of your experience and skills before the interview.
2. Test task. Validates your expertise and shows what approaches, tools and solutions you apply in your work. We do not limit you in time and we never use the candidate's work without appropriate agreements.
3. An interview with the manager. A comprehensive conversation about your professional competencies and the work of the team you are joining.
4. Bar-raising. For the last interview, we invite one of the top managers of the Genesis ecosystem, who will not work directly with the candidate. The bar-raiser focuses on your soft skills and values to understand how quickly you can grow together with the company.
