Our flagship product is a mobile photo/video editor, the eponymous Lift app. It has been downloaded by 10 million people worldwide and new content is published on social networks every 4 seconds.

Our goal is to build a publisher 's A-Player in the mobile photo/video editing category. We are currently in the business scaling stage and are hiring professionals to accelerate product development and increase our presence in the global market.

We are looking for a results-oriented and creative marketer who is passionate about advertising and social networks and knows how to create effective advertising creatives. Working with us as a Creative Marketing Specialist you will be able not only to implement your boldest creative ideas, but also to monitor the effectiveness of various approaches in advertising and directly influence their effectiveness.

Your tasks will be:

• Development of advertising creative concepts aimed at attracting paid traffic and achieving CTR according to the main performance metrics: CPT ) and CPP (cost per payer);
• Organization of the creative process, brainstorms and team activities to find the most effective ideas;
• Writing briefs for designers and content creators;
• Approval of ready advertising creatives, making corrections;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising creatives, generation of ideas to improve their effectiveness based on the findings;
• Monitoring and analysis of the advertising market and competitors;
• Finding new tools and approaches to improve the creative process and bring the best results.

What knowledge and skills do you need for this position:

• Work experience in performance / digital / creative marketing from 1 year ;
• Love for social networks, knowledge of trends and understanding of how to create authentic advertising creative;
• Creative and unconventional thinking, the ability to find new solutions and ideas;
• Ability to conduct A/B tests and make effective decisions based on the received data;
• Experience in writing technical tasks for designers;
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills;
• Attention to details;
• English at Upper Intermediate level and above.
