The mission of the team and the product is to improve the quality of life through personalized services and educational programs in the field of relationships and personal development. Due to the growth of the product, we are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager, who will become one of the key members of the Affemity team. What challenges await you in this role: Management of the process of creating creatives (coordination of the work of designers, setting technical tasks, control of deadlines and quality of execution) In cooperation with psychologists - analysis of the target audience for a deep understanding of its needs and pains Analysis of competitors and creative approaches products from related niches to identify trends and generate ideas Working with analytics: monitoring the effectiveness of creative concepts, adjusting strategy and defining frameworks of successful creatives Searching for new approaches and proposing initiatives to improve the creative process What is important to us: Experience in performance marketing for two years Experience working with English-speaking Tier 1 markets Fluency in English Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veed, etc.) Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw correct conclusions.
