We are looking for a proactive and talented Creative Marketing Manager for our Client.
Inspired by the idea to help gamers find teammates for their favourite games, Plink is one of the biggest social platforms and a global community with with more than 20 million installs in the App Store and Google Play.

For the last couple of months, we have been developing an R&D department focused on AI-driven products and their growth. Currently, we have four new products and are planning to scale even more with the help of the initiative and talented people around us.
The role
You’ll join the cross-functional marketing team to work with our Mobile Apps: from an idea through its market release and beyond. You will develop creative processes for various ad channels and social media platforms, combining creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive successful campaigns and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
— Constant work on hypotheses, ideas generation and creatives creation (static & video), validation and implementation: based on a data-driven approach.
— Researching and analyzing creative strategies and tactics across the niche: analyze competitors using different tools such as sensortower, ads library etc. Monitoring of the best market trends and practices within the field.
— Organize and manage the process of content production, creative process and cooperating with creators.
— Analyze the effectiveness of Ad campaigns together with UA Manager, and initiate improvements based on marketing and business metrics.
— Cooperate with the team (on a daily basis) to discuss acquisition results, marketing and business metrics: bring new ideas, approaches, instruments to meet team goals.
Requirements
— At least 1 year of Creative production experience
— Experience in creating user acquisition creatives and UGC content for platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
— B2 level proficiency in English (verbal and written).
— Ability to create catchy ad concepts that are oriented to a target audience.
— You understand how to find trends and how to implement them in marketing
— You understand what is UGC content, how to find it and how to communicate with creators.
— Knowledge of basic metrics of the user acquisition process
— Creativity: able to think differently and reframe the problem or situation.
— Effective communication skills and cross-functional collaboration knowledge.
— Open-minded and embraces change: the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
