Atmospherna Shkola is one of the largest distance schools of Ukraine licensed by the Ministry of Education and Culture: its own LMS platform, international direction, studios, clubs and mentoring.
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the formation of ideas, creative concepts and the effectiveness of advertising materials in performance and brand channels.
Your zones Responsibilities:
Creative and concepts
Generation of ideas for advertising campaigns: videos, banners, carousels, offline activations.
Formation of key messages, hypotheses and creative angles.
Finding "hooks" that engage parents and teenagers and convert into leads.
Copyright and scripts
Preparation of texts for advertisements, newsletters, landing pages and product pages.
Creation of scripts for videos.
Adaptation of Tone of Voice for different platforms.
Design and production
Formation of briefs for designers and production.
Control of compliance with the brand and campaign goals.
Creative support from the idea to the final result.
Analytics and efficiency
Starting A/B tests of creatives with a target specialist and PPC specialist.
Analysis of CTR, CPC, CPA, CR, ROAS and optimization based on data.
Team interaction
Cooperation with performance, SMM, PR and marketing teams.
Moderation of brainstorms and integration of creative into marketing strategy.
We expect from you
Proven experience in creative or digital marketing from 2 years.
Understanding of marketing funnels and the logic of performance advertising.
Practical knowledge of metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, CR, ROAS.
Strong skills copywriting for advertising.
Practical experience with AI tools for creative generation.
Canva and Figma mastery.
Real launch cases: campaigns, videos, banners, special projects.
Ability to structure ideas into clear briefings.
Feeling. style and visual language.
Basic understanding of design or production for quality control.
Willingness to work at a fast pace and take responsibility for the result.
Will be a plus:
Experience in EdTech or educational projects.
Experience with vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Understanding the principles of UGC, authenticity and trends.
