Creative Marketing Manager in Futurra Group

We are currently expanding the MusesAcademy marketing team and are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager.

About MusesAcademy:

The product works in the microlearning format and provides users with hundreds of units of useful content — from practical lessons on various topics, self-development books and audio materials with extra information to chats with lifestyle coaches who can advise on various life issues in real time.

The project grows thanks to performance marketing and has a subscription model of monetization. A few months after launch in 2023, we found positive unit economics and conducted a number of successful product tests. MusesAcademy is developing rapidly, growth x2 in the last month alone, so we are setting ambitious goals for further growth in the new year. Now the team is focused both on finding new growth points in marketing, and on active work on product quality to raise key business metrics.

What awaits you:

• Audience analysis, search for ideas for advertising creatives;
• Analysis of competitors, monitoring of market trends and trends;
• Organization and holding of creative brainstorms;
• Setting tasks for the design team, monitoring their execution;
• Analytics of creatives according to test campaign metrics.

What you need to join us:

• From 1 year of work experience in performance / digital / creative marketing;
• Experience creating creatives for paid Meta traffic;
• Understanding the basics of performance marketing;
• Analytical thinking, data driven approach in work;
• Systematic and structured;
• The level of English proficiency is Upper-Intermediate.

Will be a plus:

• Working with the Meta advertising cabinet;
• Copywriting skills;
• Experience with Figma.
