Creative Marketing Designer - Storyby in SKELAR

Storyby is an entertainment tech company that turns original ideas into stories in novels, vertical films and immersive audiobooks. 10+ million people around the world read, watch and listen to our content.

There are three products in the Storyby ecosystem:

• AlphaNovel – a novel and immersive audiobook platform with a library of 20,000+ works.

• StorybyWriter – a publishing platform for 25,000+ authors; we screen the strongest stories for DramaShorts.

• DramaShorts is a streaming vertical movie with 1 million fans every month (own production in Europe and the USA).

Now we are looking for a Creative Marketing Designer for the AlphaNovel product, who will be part of the team, help grow and achieve new business peaks.

Your area of responsibility will include:

— Creation of static and video creatives based on a clear brief from the marketing team;

— Creation, editing and development of creative variations;

— Keeping working projects in accordance with the flow;

— Working with resizes for different formats of promotion channels;

— Generation of new ideas for marketing tasks, participation in brainstorms;

— Interaction with the creative team.

What is important to us:

— Experience in the field of design from six months;

— Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, Adobe Photoshop;

— Ability to work with references, analyze them and adapt them to brand tasks;

— Thorough work with details and the ability to creatively implement ideas in a variety of formats;

— Organization, creative vision and attention to visual integrity;

— Genuine interest in working with creatives in the marketing team;

— Ability to work with feedback and accept constructive criticism.

Will be a plus:

— Knowledge of AI tools — Midjourney, Freepik, NanoBanana, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.;

— Experience working with motion templates, creating and systematizing own templates to optimize processes.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation, a charity created by company employees. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
