Creative designer (Senior) in Tobedone

We are looking for a creative ninja-level designer who knows how to turn ideas into strong visual solutions, knows how to combine style and content, and understands the importance of details. If you know that typography can be a self-sufficient design, and composition - the art of harmony and mood, if you are ready to immerse yourself in the development of projects for big and cool clients and create a design that speaks, we are looking for you!

What will you do:

• Developing creative concepts for advertising campaigns, digital content, social networks and print, as well as visual materials for the agency's website and social networks.

• Lead projects from concept to implementation: work with other designers, copywriters and art director to achieve visual excellence.

• Cooperate with customers during the presentation and feedback stages to ensure that the result meets their expectations.

• Be a mentor for the team: support the development of junior designers, help them improve their skills and work for results.

Requirements:

• Experience as a creative designer (from 3 years) in agencies or freelance with a portfolio of commercial projects.

• Ownership of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Adobe Premiere/After Effects preferred) and web design tools (Figma, Spline). Proficiency in any design software other than Canva is a plus.< /p>

• Understanding UX/UI principles: creation of convenient and aesthetic web design, adaptation for different platforms - we do not develop sites, but we consider it important for general awareness.

• Strong typography skills: understanding what a good font and beautiful layout is and how to achieve it.

• Ability to present ideas and argue design solutions to both clients and the team.

• Responsibility for deadlines: understanding the importance of submitting materials on time, despite the remote schedule.
