Requirements:

• Experience in creative design (from 2 years), preferably in the field of festivals, cultural or large mass events.
• High level of creativity and ability to create non-standard design solutions.
• Ability to work with basic graphic programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience in creating content for social networks, banners, posters and other advertising materials.
• Ability to work in multitasking and tight environments deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team and quickly respond to changes.
• Availability of a portfolio of works from previous projects, preferably with experience of participating in the creation of design for cultural events or festivals.

 Main tasks:

# Development of visual concepts for different parts of the festival (logos, branded materials, posters, posters, flyers , banners, advertising layouts).

# Creation of design layouts for printed products and digital platforms (social networks, websites, mobile applications).

# Cooperation with the team of organizers, marketers, PR - specialists and other creative people.

# Creation of creative presentations and promotional materials for the festival.

# Work on the visual style of events and the brand of the festival.

# Monitoring the latest trends in design and culture to bring innovative ideas to the festival.
