Role Description

This is remote role for a Creatio Analyst for current client project. The Creatio Analyst will work alongside the Project Manager and Developer. The Creatio Analyst is responsible for analyzing client business processes, identifing automation needs, developing use-cases and implementation of no-code components. The role involves utilizing analytical skills to drive insights and support decision-making in digital transformation projects.

Candidate Expectations:

• Fluency in English, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively — both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Creatio customisation
• Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process expertise
• Strong Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
• Experience in analyzing and improving business processes
• Creatio Analyst or Developer certification or willing to obtain prior to commence
• Experience in digital transformation projects in public sector or health sector will be an advantage
• Experience in Creatio Marketplace App development will be an advantage
