Responsibilities: Quality and timely support for users and partners of the CPA network (online chat, e-mail). Help in solving technical and organizational issues related to related to work on the CPA platform. Negotiating and maintaining long-term relationships with partners. Optimizing the terms of cooperation with advertisers, offering favorable conditions (for example, raising rates). Selection and recommendation of relevant and high-converting offers to webmasters. Search for new offers and advertisers through various engagement channels. Monitoring the work of the admin panel, analysis of key indicators and collection of statistics on offers. Collection and analysis of feedback from partners to improve the quality of services and conditions of offers .Constant analysis of the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve the network. Requirements: Experience in the field of CPA or digital marketing from 1 year (required). Ability to analyze data and work with indicators, skills in using analytical tools. Experience with admin panel and offer management systems. Negotiation skills, ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners. High customer orientation and ability to find solutions in difficult situations. Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above will be an advantage.
