CP & MHPSS Coordinator/ Expert on Child Protection and Mental Health Program in Save the Children

Save the Children is an international humanitarian organization that operates in more than 120 countries to protect children, their health, education and safety. We work with communities, governments and partners to ensure that all children have a chance for a happy and healthy childhood. The person in this position will control the implementation of the children's protection program (CP) and MHPSS in the Sumy region. This includes the portfolio of both direct and under the guidance of CP and MHPS partners for children, adolescents, families focused on the strengthening of CP systems at the community level, as well as inter -sectoral integration and emergency response.  Under the linear guidance of CP & MHPSS, with the support of CP & MHPS TA technical guidance, CP & MHPSS coordinator will provide high quality, efficient and efficient implementation and integrated CP and MHPSS. It/it will be responsible for building potential and efficient coordination and cooperation between teams, with partners and other relevant partners, as well as within the organization to obtain technical support to ensure the quality and efficient operation of the program. It is expected that a person who holds this position will evaluate, track and document gaps in existing services and introduce innovative ways to strengthen Ukrainian protection systems for children, resistance and stability to shocks. requirements :

• University degree in social science or other relevant education.
• 2+ years of experience in the management of children and/or MHPSS or in another appropriate sector, including at least 1 year of emergency experience. 
• The ability to work in culturally diverse and complex environments, including emergency response. 
• excellent skills in interpersonal communication, communication and team management, including team management and impact. devotion to working with children and simild and for children.
