Our partner is an international IT/digital holding that is represented in more than 50 countries of the world and provides comprehensive services in the direction of marketing, in connection with the expansion of the staff is looking for a Regional marketing manager/CMO, who will be able to launch the product and deal with its localization in the new geo.

We are looking for a talented Master of Marketing who has a deep understanding of regional cultures and a passion for global brand development. As a cultural expert in an international project, you will be the architect of marketing campaigns that reflect the spirit and taste of the region and help achieve the company's goals

Key tasks:

• Creation of the annual strategy and marketing plan of the product and quarterly analysis of results
• Promo work - calendar of all activities in the region and tracking of results
• Starting marketing activations, online and offline advertising in the trusted region
• Market monitoring and analysis: general geo indicators, competitors, sphere, etc.
• Recruitment, management and control of the regional team
• Working with functional departments: media planning, product, SEO, baing, SERM, production, content, etc.
• Reporting

Experience and skills:

• From 3 years of experience in digital marketingng and/or e-commerce in international projects
• Knowledge of English language from Intermediate and above (communication with partners)
• Experience in working with the main digital channels: SEO, SERM, SEM, affiliate marketing, SMM and retention- marketing
• Knowledge and ability to use tools analytics (Google Analytics, Similar web, Power BI, Hotjar, etc.)
