An international company implementing a long-term environmental infrastructure project is inviting a Financial Manager to join the team.
This is an opportunity to be involved in launching a new production facility and to build the financial function from scratch.
During the first year of employment, the role will be based in the company’s Polish office to facilitate the acquisition and implementation of best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining financial records and preparing reports
• Monitoring the budget and capital expenditures (CAPEX)
• Providing financial support during the construction phase of the project
• Interacting with contractors, banks, auditors, and government authorities
• Implementing financial policies and procedures
• Participating in budgeting, planning, and forecasting
• Establishing and developing the company’s financial and administrative functions
Requirements:
• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics
• 3–4 years of experience in financial audit or consulting
• Knowledge of accounting and IFRS
• Experience with investment or construction projects is an advantage
• English — working proficiency
• Responsibility, structured thinking, and willingness to take ownership
