 Basic tasks:

• Implementation of contract support processes (interaction with suppliers, agreement on the date and time of goods acceptance into warehouses, conducting incoming control procedures).
• Implementation of logistics processes for receiving, moving, and returning goods.
• Analysis of the execution of orders of structural divisions and the results of deliveries in accordance with concluded contracts.< /li>
• Collection and consolidation of data for the formation of the cash flow budget for the next month, according to contracts/invoices accompanied by the department.
• Submission to the financial planning and reporting department of proposals for the inclusion of funds in the cash flow budget and interaction in the planning process with financial cost centers.
• Entering information into the automated contract payment system for contracts maintained by the department.
• Formation of annual procurement plans in accordance with the needs of the department.
• Control of TMC balances in warehouses under the authority of the regional procurement organization center.
• Formation of operational reports on the volume of balances in warehouses.
• Consolidation of information, formation of periodic reports, in accordance with the requests of the management and the competence of the department.

Requirements:

• Higher education: economic, technical, legal.
• Possessing a PC at the level of a confident user - MS Office (high level of skills in working with Microsoft Excel), preferably knowledge of ASKOD.
• Experience in logistics/logistics is a must.
• Skills for working with primary and accounting documents.
• Ability to work with analytical tables.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information, multitasking.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work in a team, focus on results.
