FUNCTION:Finance

LOCATION:Kyiv

ROLES AND OBJECTIVES POSITIONING: /strong>

Cost accounting accountant, responsible for accounting of advance reports, interaction with counterparties and preparation of statistical reporting.

Main duties:

• Accounting of advance reports in the SAP system
• Preparation of information for payment to accountable persons
• Checking of documents for payment of services of the Agency for hotel/ticket reservations in accordance with legislation and internal procedures
• Distribution of expenses according to budgets according to invoices issued by the Hotel/Ticket Reservation Agency
• Charging of taxes on representative expenses/gifts
• Inspection and control of tax invoices in the "Medoc" system by to the services of the Agency
• Preparation of statistical reporting (1DF)
• Creation of requests to solve problems in the advance reports module in SAP
• Work in SAP, Excel, Medok programs

Mandatory requirements for candidates:

• Higher education
• Experience as an accountant
• Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting standards
• Knowledge of document management
• Knowledge of MS Office programs at the level of a confident user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High level of knowledge of Excel is mandatory
• Knowledge of SAP
• Free Proficiency in Ukrainian
• Proficiency in English
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time
• Experience working in a team
