Corporate trainer in Winner

Wishes to the candidate

• Higher education;
• Practical experience from 2 years of developing and conducting business trainings;
• Experienced user MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of the methods of "mixed" (electronic + classroom) training of adults.

Job responsibilities

• Organization and conducting of trainings aimed at the development of management and executive skills of employees of the Winner group of companies;
• Participation in the development of training programs for employees (including full trainings and separate blocks of educational programs/sessions, distance courses) aimed at increasing the level of knowledge about the procedures of the Winner group of companies, as well as at the development of management, communication and executive skills;
• Preparation of the necessary presentation and handout materials for classroom training and content for distance trainings;
• Participation in the process of evaluating employees of the group of companies Winner;
• Determining training needs, finding effective methods to meet such needs;
• Ensuring regular and reliable evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented training programs and reporting on each training event;
• Adapting and adjusting existing programs to new requirements and training formats;
• Participating in the formation of annual/quarterly budget internal training;
• Perform other tasks of the direct supervisor.
