dok.ua is looking for a corporate trainer who will take an active part in building an effective training and development system in the company. 

Your role in our team:

1. Forming a culture of service — helping teams understand and see the client, care about him.
2. Create training programs that will change the way you work - both for beginners and experienced employees.
3. Conduct trainings, online sessions, workshops, inspiring teams to improve.
4. Develop materials, video lessons, quizzes—anything that will help turn knowledge into skills.
5. Analyze learning needs and propose solutions that will work.
6. Evaluate learning effectiveness—before, during, and after—to see changes in behavior and results.
7. Run and administer a learning platform (LMS) - enter data, update courses, control quality.
8. Work in partnership with managers - so that training meets business goals and gives tangible results.

What we expect from you:

• Understanding service culture and a sincere belief that customer care is not a script, but a value.
• Experience with service topics, customer experience or staff training in the field of service - will be a great advantage.
• Experience in preparing and conducting training - both offline and online - for various categories of employees.
• Skills in creating educational content - programs, presentations, video lessons, tests, practical task.
• Communication skills — public speaking, the ability to hold attention, adapt to the audience.
• Empathy and the ability to build a deskfriendly relations with managers and teams.
