Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or Medical Psychology
• Profile certification in any certified consultancy approach/method
• 3+ years of practical psychology experience (individual consulting, group consulting, corporate training etc)
• Personal experience of undergoing therapy and supervision
• Strictly following ethical and confidentiality rules while working with clients
• Understanding of IT specifics and demands
• Experience working with clients’ requests related to stress resistance, resilience, motivation, emotional burnout, conflict resolution, emotional stability, general performance improvement, establishing effective communication skills and behavioral patterns, etc
• Confident Intermediate level of English or higher

Nice to have requirements:

• Experience working as a corporate psychologist or trainer, ideally within an IT company/IT projects
• Proactive approach, ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Desire to take on non-standard tasks and approach them creatively
