Over 20+ years of experience, we have helped 600+ software companies in the USA, Europe, and Asia to release high-quality and commercially successful projects.We are currently looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team.We expect:- minimum 4 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer;- experience in international commercial and corporate law;- experience in drafting contracts and other legal documents (PSA, MSA, NDA, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Lease Agreement) (experience with foreign jurisdictions is welcome);- English language proficiency at B1/B1+ level;- excellent command of MS Office products.Responsibilities:- assessing legal risks when concluding contracts with clients and counterparties, coordinating, and participating in negotiations;- providing legal consultations on commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property, data protection, and other areas relevant to the company's activities;- developing, amending, and analyzing contract templates with clients, suppliers, and employees (PSA, NDA, lease agreements, and others);- resolving disputes: debt collection, breach of contract terms by clients, contractors, employees, and others;- developing and updating Terms of Use and Privacy Notice;- developing and updating corporate documents (Charters, Powers of Attorney, Minutes) considering changes in legislation and corporate policies;- participating in other projects.What We Offer:- collaboration with a company with well-established processes and a positive team atmosphere;- work with the international market (main clients are in North America and the EU);- corporate library for self-development;- flexible work format (start between 8:00 and 11:00, full-time, 5/2 schedule);- 100% compensation for sick leaves, 18 days off;- a developed corporate culture, social assistance system, and extensive loyalty program.Send us your CV!
