We are looking for a colleague that will be responsible for the study, analysis, implementation and development of corporate performance optimization tools, including:

• KPI and OKR of different units of the company to ensure maximum contribution to the general goals.
• establish logical connections between KPI and OKR of different levels (corporate, cross -command, individual) and ensuring their interconnection.
Required adjustments.
• Development and implementation of a methodology for assessing the personal efficiency of employees of the company in the context of positions.
• Development and implementation of the system of monitoring of personal and command efficiency directions.
• Preparation of reports, analytical reviews and recommendations for guidance to improve efficiency.
• Monitoring the results of implementation of changes in the company and evaluating their impact.
