Main responsibilities:

• Implementation of established KPIs
• Attracting new FOP and corporate clients
• Conducting cold calls with the purpose of setting up meetings
• Conducting meetings with clients, including in the territory of the client's business
• Analysis of the client's financial condition, regarding the possibility of lending
• Sales of the entire range of banking services to private sector and corporate clients (lending, payroll projects, acquiring, etc.)
• Adherence to the standards and quality level of customer service
• Fulfillment of requirements regarding financial monitoring and compliance

Main requirements:

• Higher education (economics, management, law, finance, banking)
• Experience in active sales

• Knowledge of the bank's products, services and services in the area of ​​sales, service and lending to corporate clients
• Skills in making presentations
• Understanding the specifics of the market and terms of lending to private sector and corporate clients

• Economic literacy, commercial thinking and the ability to analyze indicators of the financial condition of companies
• A confident user of a PC (tablet)
• Availability of competencies: orientation to the result, focus on the client, work in team, effective communication, negotiation, building contacts
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (incl. business)
