strong>- Search for new clients, work with a cold base and actively develop it.
- Develop creative and balanced commercial proposals.
- Conduct brand and product presentations to potential customers, demonstrating their unique benefits.
- Negotiate with customers, build and maintain long-term relations with them.
- Analyze sales.
Requirements:
- Experience as a sales manager in B2B segment (alcohol sector, HoReCa, event agency) from 2 years.
- Experience in cold sales.
- Experience in working with a client base (warm base), maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing clients .
- Experience working with corporate clients.
- Analysis of customer needs and provision of personalized offers.
- Implementation of sales plans and achievement of established KPI.
- Reporting on work performed and sales results.
- High level of communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Competent spoken and written Ukrainian language, command of English language will be an advantage.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Ability to work for results and understanding that one's own earnings depend directly on motivation, efficiency and number of closed deals.

- Working schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
