Responsibilities:Research and write informative, engaging, advertising texts for the blog by the requirements of uniqueness, logical structure, and clarity principle.Creating headlines and UI UI-texts for the website by the test assignment;Writing text materials for social networks, advertising campaigns, presentations, scripts for videos, and texts for podcasts;Creation of a ‘tone of voice’ document regulating the style of corporate teWriting articles for posting in external professional communities;Creating job descriptions taking into account the specifics of different platforms;Monitoring, analyzing competitors' texts on social networks and corporate websites, and applying current practices in content writing for current tasks;Ability to work with ICPs, implement USPs in content, and describe actual use cases to achieve engagement results;Researching trends in copywriting and SMM.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience as a Copywriter/Technical Content Writer;Written English - Upper Intermediate and above;Knowledge of info style and editorial skills;Experience in naming, headline creation, CTAs;Skills in working with specialized software (Grammarly, Quill, Hemingway, ContentWatch, etc.);Good knowledge and tracking of key trends in Social Media Marketing;Understanding of the principles of writing content for social media and the ability to use it to increase engagement;Knowledge and experience in applying the methodology of developing online and offline promotional activations (tests, quizzes, contests, quests);Understanding of basic concepts of Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and internal communications (engagement, NPS, key message, ORM);Experience with Jira or similar task trackers.
