We are currently looking for a Content Specialist for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech .
TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always run far beyond the horizon.
What challenges await:
— Ambitious goals and various tasks that contribute to rapid professional growth in the areas of PR, reputation management and content marketing;
—Emphasis on Search Engine Reputation Management: it will depend on you how the target audience perceives the target brand after the relevant request to the search engine;
—Creation of content in different formats and on different topics with an optimal balance between speed and quality, as well as own skills and AI capabilities;
— Content distribution: creation and regular content of own communication channels (social networks, blogs, etc.), management of a large number of relevant accounts; selection of third-party platforms for publications, preparation of technical specifications for contractors, ongoing communication with them, keeping statistics and analysis of results;
— Systematic cooperation with SMM and content managers, designers and other team members for smooth distribution of content;
- Research in different directions (additional platforms for content distribution, industry, competitors, etc.).
What is important to us:
Must have:
— Experience in creating PR and/ or marketing content and its distribution through own and third-party channels, such as blogs, social networks, guest posts, etc.;
— The ability to quickly generate no-nonsense content with the help of AI on various topics;
— Competent English (minimum B2) for generating textual content and effective communication with contractors;
—Understanding search algorithms and SEO best practices;
- Knowledge of some of the following tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Mangools, etc.; Google Analytics, Google Search Console; any CMS and/or CRM; SMM-planners, Meta services, other social networks, etc.;
— Understanding of the modern digital landscape, interest in PR, content marketsngu and relevant trends;
—Ability to research, analyze, structure, and communicate information using a variety of content formats.
Nice to have:
—Multi-accounting: experience in creating and managing a large number of accounts in social networks and other communication channels with the help of proxies and other tools will be a big plus.
In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
